To Tweet or not to Tweet, That is the Question

The whole world seems to be a buzz with this thing called Twitter.

I resisted for a long time, thinking I did not need another excuse to be on the Internet, but I have never been able to stand knowing people are having fun without me.

So yesterday, I signed up for a Twitter account because I know the world just has to know what I'm doing every second of every day. : )

I'm trying to figure out the difference between a Tweet and a Twit. And still praying about whether or not this is a wise thing for me being the computer addict (a.k.a. junkie) that I am. The connections I've made through my blog and Facebook have been so good for me, but I do need to set boundaries for my compulsive self.

Any other tweeters out there??? Come find me. : )

Love,

No tweeting for me. Heck, there are lots of days when I feel like shutting down my blog!

Love the new header :)

Not on Twitter, but have considered it. Just seems too time consuming for me. I AM however on Facebook. Would you mind if I connected with you on there?

From a fellow computer addict :) I'm on Twitter (@lisaboyd). I was just making my way around the She Speaks posts and came across your blog. I totally don't remember if we met or not, but please don't think it's you -- it's totally me. My brain is mush most days :)

Look forward to getting to know you on Twitter!

Came to visit your blog after your sweet comment on my {in}courage post :)

I am on twitter, but I'll fully admit that I haven't quite *grasped* it yet. I can never quite figure out what I should be twitting, or why it might be interesting. Ive been encouraged by lots of folks to use it for business promotion, but something about that just doesn't feel right or come naturally to me, so I'm basically sitting on the sidelines for now, LOL!

Is it weird that I don't want to do it because I really don't like the name Twitter? And I definitely don't need one more thing to keep me glued to my laptop!
