This little girl is known for her determination. I wrote in her baby scrapbook how much fun it was to watch her learning to crawl. She worked so hard and wouldn't give up despite the rug burns on her little knees. She was going to become mobile if it killed her! She did master it......at 5 1/2 months......(Note: New Baby will be encouraged to stay immobile for as long as possible. : )
This picture is of her enjoying her brand new pogo-stick. She is having so much fun learning this new trick. I'm amazed at how much she's picked up on it in one day. Early this morning, as she crawled into my lap after waking up, she said, "Mommy, I was laying in bed and all I could think about was I have to go get on my pogo-stick." : )

I love your new blog, Becky!
(I'm a Lysa fan too :)
I was going to share my pogo stick story for your daughter. I was about her age and thought I could get into the Guiness Book of World Records. So I started hopping and counting my way to the record. Unfortunately before I made it the rubber thingy (on the old pogos!) wore through and it slipped out from under me. I whacked my head on a concrete floor pretty hard. That's the end of my story :)
Not sure if there's any moral or not! Looks like they make the new ones much better!
Still looking forward to following your "every day"!
God does have a plan in all of this!!!

Teresa,
This comment made me laugh. : ) It sounds like you two have the same personalities. "Must Pogo" : )
Pogo sticks have evolved since our day.....and after reading your comment I'm glad she's wearing a helmet. : )
Thanks for stopping by my new blog.
Becky
