Someday soon...when it's not a Friday night and I'm not too fried to be coherent...I'll write a review on my latest reads, The Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins.
But for those of you who have already read these books, you'll understand when I say they ruined me. Now everything I try to read seems too dull to hold my interest.
I'm craving a good read to ween me off the adrenaline rush that was the Hunger Games. Any suggestions out there in cyber land? Lately I've been a YA Fiction junkie, but I'll take any suggestions at this point.
Yawn...
P.S. Please pray for Prince Charming. He's had a bad case of croup this week and I had to take him into the doctor's office this afternoon for his second dose of steroid treatments to ease his breathing. I can't wait to see him back to himself again and to stop worrying about my sweet little guy. Thanks!

I hear ya... though I read the first 2 quickly and had to wait forever for the third... now it is out and i have it, but I feel like I need a refresher before I dig into it. :-)
I was spoiled because they were all written when I discovered them. I was able to read them straight through. : )
Oh, poor Prince Charming! Gabe had croup a lot as a little guy and is just now growing out of it. Every time he'd get a cough it would turn into croup. Yuck!
I read Hunger Games, so I totally understand what you mean. Norma has not yet forgiven me for loaning her that series. :)
I'm trying to think of a good book you'd enjoy. I don't think I've read anything really, really amazing lately, which is sort of sad. :( Maybe HG ruined me, too.

Becky, I know this is not YA, or even remotely like the Hunger Games, but immediately after the Hunger Games I read the Twelth Imam. It captured me immediately. Mom
